Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we issue a written booking confirmation and receive the agreed deposit. Itineraries on this website are indicative; final details are confirmed in your booking confirmation.

Payments

Payments are made online via Pesapal or as otherwise agreed in writing. Payment amounts and schedules are set out in your quotation and booking confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation, amendment and refund terms are set out in your written booking confirmation. We recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance for all guests.

Wildlife and safety

Safaris take place in the wild; wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Guests must follow the instructions of their guide at all times.

Liability

We act with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control (weather, park closures, government action and similar).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
