Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and bookings (contract / pre-contract steps), to keep our services secure (legitimate interests) and, with your consent, to load optional third-party content such as TripAdvisor reviews.

AI chat assistant

Our chat assistant is powered by an AI service (Groq). Messages you type are sent to that provider to generate answers and are stored by us to improve service and follow up on your request. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you (hosting, email, Pesapal for payments, Groq for the chat assistant). Data may be processed outside the EEA/UK; where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations; chat logs are kept for a limited period.
