At Africa Shijoy Safaris, our booking/cancellation conditions occur after we have booked for you a hotel, safari logde/camp, local train/air.

Our cancellation charges are calculated in percentage based on the total price of the safari itinerary.

Safari invoice cancellation charges for our Kenya Safari Tours.

1. Cancellation up to 60 days prior to commencement of the safari: Zero cancellation charges.
2. Cancellation up to 35 days prior to commencement of the safari : 20% cancellation charges
3. Cancellation up to 15 days prior to commencement of the safari : 40% cancellation charges
4. Cancellation less than 15 days or more than 3 days prior to safari start : 60% cancellation charges.
5. Cancellation 3 days or less before commencement of safari – Zero refund, 100% cancellation charges apply.
6. Refunds due to you in the event of safari cancellation can only be credited to the original credit / debit card used in making of initial payment, if within 6-months of paying. If the period is longer than 6-months refunds will be made directly to the travelers bank account.

Safari / tour Payment deposit and balance:

Payment terms:

1. 10% deposit per person for one day safari / tours.
2. 20% deposit per person for 2-3 day safari / tours
3. 30% deposit per person for 4-6 day safari / tours
4. 40% deposit per person for 7-12 day safari tours

Safari fee balance is supposed to be paid within 6-1 day prior to commencement of your safari arrangements. Payments (deposit & final balance) are preferred by credit card online.

Payments can also be made by direct bank transfer to our Mombasa bank account (details shall be provided during safari confirmation and invoice).

All payments for safari are to be made is USD as quoted.
